How do steam boilers work?
In the beginning, the flame is started to open the gas or fuel at a small rate, after that a pulse of 220 volts is given on a small secondary transformer, and the two ends of the secondary coil, one of which is connected to the body of the boiler, and the second end is completely isolated.
The tip of this pole is taken and the distance between it and the flame cannon inside the lighter is approximately 3 mm to create a spark in the presence of gas or a small fuel, so ignition occurs.
After that, the servo motor of the lighter opens the air and gas gate, which increases the flame, and the air coming from the crystal (located in the lighter) pushes the flame to the end of the boiler.
After that, the process of converting the water inside the boiler into steam begins, and with the passage of time, the water levels inside the boiler decrease, and the float senses this by measuring the water level, so the pump compensates for the lack of water, and when the steam pressure increases inside the boiler, it feels pressure sparks, so the lighter is disconnected.
Then it is turned on again when the pressure is less than required, thus maintaining the amount of steam required for production.
